WATER DRAINS FOR COMPRESSED AIR

For thrifty management of condensate, Atlas Copco offers Capacitive Electronic Condensate Trap (EWD) that prevents loss of compressed air, producing energy savings, low maintenance and prevent the presence of water in the network.

Working Principle: Through a capacitive sensor detects a certain level of condensate and opens a solenoid valve. Through a second sensor detects the minimum level of condensate and to reach it the solenoid valve is closed so you never exhaust the compressed air. The capacitive electronic drain EWD give a warning when there is a problem with the drainage system.
